The Maximum Life is a private, physician-led longevity practice offering personalized health optimization programs. Our services include:

  • Comprehensive health assessments and diagnostics

  • Ongoing medical guidance and follow-up
  • Access to curated health partners and therapies
  • Educational programming and community events

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Maximum Life provides preventive and optimization services and does not replace emergency or acute medical care. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, the relationship between you and your primary care physician.

4. Membership and Access

The Maximum Life operates on an invitation-first basis. Membership is subject to:

  • Completion of initial assessment and consultation
  • Acceptance of membership terms
  • Payment of applicable program fees
  • Mutual agreement on treatment approach and goals

We reserve the right to decline or terminate membership at our discretion, particularly if we determine our services are not appropriate for your needs.

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are determined during private consultation and vary by level of service. All fees are outlined in your individual membership agreement. Programs are out-of-pocket; we do not bill insurance directly but can provide documentation for eligible test reimbursement.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your individual membership agreement. Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. Program fees may be pro-rated based on services rendered.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Maximum Life and its physicians, staff, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
